Pain has already taken vacations, trips, promotions, and even the small pleasures of your everyday life, but it doesn’t have to take your future.

The Pain Guide is your first step toward seeing your pain with clarity, understanding what your body is trying to communicate, and reclaiming ownership of your own story.

Scrow the page to understand what has been keeping you stuck in pain and how just 5 minutes a day can begin to shift this cycle.

The Pain Guide is a tool created especially for women like you!

Intelligent, discerning, and already tired of trying everything without finding real answers.

Developed by Mari Mansur, a brazilian pain psychologist, trained at Harvard and Albert Einstein Hospital, the Pain Guide translates what you feel into meaningful clinical information, revealing what no exam can show: how, when, and why your pain truly happens.

In just five minutes a day, you begin to understand your pain with clarity and precision.

Pain has a command center: the brain

It interprets every signal from your body and decides when the alarm should sound.

But over time, the chronic pain system becomes dysregulated — and the brain keeps the alarm on, even when there is no real threat.

This is why pain persists, even after countless treatments, diets, and therapies.

It is not your fault.

It is a learned response in the brain, and the first step toward changing this pattern is understanding it clearly.

The Pain Guide was designed exactly for this: to help you map your pain behavior, identify triggers, patterns, timing, emotional associations, and even the factors that support improvement.

What is the PAIN GUIDE and how does it work?

The PAIN GUIDE was born from my clinical practice with women who live intense lives, have limited time, and needed a modern, efficient, trustworthy tool to understand their pain without complexity.

For 30 consecutive days, you complete two brief pain diaries each day — one in the morning, one before bed — from the comfort of your own routine.

At the end of this period, I personally analyze your data and deliver a personalized clinical PDF showing:

Your real triggers and times of highest vulnerability

The impact of emotions, sleep, and daily routine on your pain

The hidden patterns that perpetuate your pain cycle

Real opportunities for improvement, aligned with your lifestyle

It is science applied to real life! With precision, humanity, and simplicity.

The Three Invisible Traps That Keep Pain Active

After 15+ years supporting women with chronic pain, I’ve identified three patterns that unconsciously keep the brain and body locked in persistent pain cycles:

1. THE PAIN FOG

When pain becomes frequent, it disrupts your memory.

You forget when it started, whether medication helped, if sleep was good or poor, if your workout worsened or eased it.

Everything feels confusing and without real data, you’re navigating in the dark.

2. INVISIBLE SHADOWS

Emotions play a major role in how pain appears and how intense it becomes.

There are three main emotions that, when recognized, work as early warning signals.

When you identify your three, you gain much more control and stop being caught off guard.

3. THE WRONG WIND

Even on “good days”, does it feel like the slightest change can bring the pain back?

This happens because the brain hasn’t yet learned to distinguish real danger from memory.

But it is possible to anticipate the wind shift and finally break free from the spiral of pain.

No Pressure. No False Urgency...

I will never pressure you into making a rushed decision. I won’t use countdowns, disappearing offers, or any kind of emotional push.

As a psychologist, I don’t believe in that approach, especially with women who already live with chronic pain.

If you are here, it’s because you are seeking clarity. And I know that living with pain already brings enough anxiety.

You don’t need more pressure! You need support and a safe path.

But I want to be transparent: I personally analyze each Pain Guide, and there is a real limit to how many I can review per day or per month. Because of that, access may not always be open.

If it’s available now, take advantagenot out of urgency, but because this may be the moment when your mind and body are ready for it.

The decision is yours. And I’ll be here to guide you!
